Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Janah and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

We remove your account and trip counter from our servers within 30 days. Trips saved on your phone are removed when you delete the app.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@getjanah.app from the email linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”, and we’ll delete it for you.

If you have a subscription, cancel it in your Apple settings; deleting the account doesn’t cancel it.
