كم رحلة مجانية؟

أول رحلتين مجانية لكل جهاز وحساب. بعدها تقدر تشتري رحلة وحدة أو تشترك في جَناح بلس.

هل الأسعار دقيقة؟

الأسعار تقديرية حسب تواريخ رحلتك، وتتغير. تأكد من السعر في موقع الحجز قبل الدفع.

كيف ألغي الاشتراك؟

من إعدادات الآيفون ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← جَناح، وألغه قبل التجديد بـ24 ساعة.

هل يحجز جَناح عني؟

لا. جَناح يرتّب الخطة ويفتح لك مواقع الحجز، والحجز يتم عندهم مباشرة.

معلومات التأشيرة رسمية؟

للإرشاد فقط. تأكد دائماً من موقع السفارة أو الجهة الرسمية قبل السفر.

How many free trips?

Your first two trips are free per device and account. After that you can buy a single trip or subscribe to Janah Plus.

Are the prices exact?

Prices are estimates for your dates and can change. Check the price on the booking site before paying.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Janah, and cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Does Janah book for me?

No. Janah plans the trip and opens the booking sites; you book with them directly.

Is the visa information official?

It is guidance only. Always confirm with the embassy or official source before you travel.
