The service

Janah suggests AI-written travel plans. Plans, prices and times are estimates and can change, so confirm them before booking.

Visas and travel

Visa, embassy and emergency information is guidance only. Official sources are governments and embassies.

Bookings

Bookings are made with the providers (hotels, airlines, tickets), who are responsible for them, including cancellations and refunds.

Subscription

Your first two trips per device and account are free. After that you can buy a single trip or subscribe to Janah Plus: monthly gives 5 trips a month, yearly 40 trips a year. Any change to a saved trip counts as a trip. It renews automatically through the App Store and can be cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the service or try to get around the free-trip limit.

Liability

Janah is a planning and suggestion tool. We are not responsible for changed prices or times, closed places, booking and travel decisions, or any loss arising from them. The final decision is yours after checking official sources.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when a change matters. Using the app after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
